1. General Policy
Marketframe operates on a professional service and retainer model. Due to the bespoke, intellectual nature of our work (strategy, design, copywriting), we generally do not offer refunds once a project phase has commenced or deliverables have been approved.
2. Retainer and Project Fees
All upfront retainer fees or milestone payments are non-refundable after the 7-day initial contract signing period, or once the Discovery/Strategy phase has been completed, whichever comes first.
3. Cancellation
If the client cancels a project before the commencement of a new, paid phase, any unused funds allocated to that future phase will be reviewed for partial or full refund, minus any unbilled work or expenses incurred by Marketframe up to the date of formal cancellation notice.
